The best athletes and teams touched down at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, to celebrate the biggest night in sports at the 2021 Sports Illustrated Awards. Hosted by DJ Khaled and Cari Champion, the live show—which attracted more than 5 million viewers around the world—saw brand new award categories, musical performances and celebrity appearances.

The evening's top honor, 2021 Sportsperson of the Year, presented by FTX, was awarded to NFL legend Tom Brady, who led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a stunning victory in Super Bowl LV.

This year’s SI Awards also marked the first time that the event hosted a halftime fashion show, unveiling the highly anticipated Sports Illustrated for JCPenney collection. The performance-driven lifestyle apparel line for men, women and kids launches in stores and online on January 6.
