Eddie Bauer and Global Citizen Join Forces for Take Action Campaign
Iconic outdoor lifestyle brand, Eddie Bauer and Global Citizen, the world’s leading international advocacy organization, today unveiled their new Take Action collection. The collaboration will launch as part of the ongoing Take Action campaign, in support of Global Citizen’s mission to defeat poverty and defend the planet.
Eddie Bauer and Global Citizen’s Take Action collection invites customers to ‘Join the Adventure’ and celebrates both functional style and purpose with a range of sustainable hoodies, flannels, t-shirts, beanies and dad hats, all featuring the Take Action logo. Launching on Nov. 8 at EddieBauer.com, pricing will range from $24 to $85.
“At Eddie Bauer, our mission is to preserve the environmental conditions that allow our community of outdoor enthusiasts to thrive,” said Kristen Elliott, VP of Marketing at Eddie Bauer. “Our partnership with Global Citizen embodies our shared belief that everyone has the power to make an impact, both in their communities and on a global scale.”
With environmental advocacy at its center, this collaboration encourages individuals to use their influence to defend the planet and advocate for a better world by taking specific actions, including:
Signing a petition to protect rainforests globally: Save Our Rainforests: End Deforestation Now
Taking a quiz on why protecting biodiversity matters
Taking a quiz on fresh water as a finite resource
Pledging to support biodiversity at home
“We’re proud to partner with Eddie Bauer on our new Take Action collection,” said Prisca Sánchez, VP of Global Marketing at Global Citizen. “Through this campaign, we aim to empower outdoor enthusiasts to join the Global Citizen movement and play their part to protect our planet for future generations to enjoy.”
This collaboration is the latest in Global Citizen and Authentic Brands Group’s cross-brand, multi-year partnership. For updates and opportunities to engage with the campaign, follow @eddiebauer and @glblctzn on social media.
